I would give this app 5 stars except for the poor attitude of the customer service. Sometimes if you have a high end security system with complicated fire walks, then all bets are off and you need the customers tech to assist in set up. Regarding set up, If you are having problems it is easier to buy a20-50 WiFi booster and set to 2Ghz to get it to link.

My favorite feature is the rain delay I am not sure why it was moved in the recent update not that’s ok. It has easy to use features and many of my elderly clients can use it more conveniently than the actual controller on the wall.
